After being out of state for a month, we returned home for the Christmas holidays. As we walked into our home we discovered our home was extremely cold. Checked and the thermostats was off, so went to the breaker box and the breaker was tripped. Flipped it back on, for it to trip again within 5 mins. So I sent a message to Mr. Morgan as he responded within no time. Response was to send our location to him and he would get someone sent our way. Remind you this is day before Christmas Eve and after 6pm. Within 30 mins someone was here and we have heat again within an hour. We will only use them for our AC/Heating issues.
